Abstract
This project was intended to assist the Utilities and Facilities Department of Spencer, Massachusetts to manage and maintain its roadway infrastructure by upgrading its current system of records to a sustainable computer generated mapping system. After collecting information about each infrastructure asset, a financial analysis in accordance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement 34 was accomplished.
