Abstract The Montgomery County Department of Public Libraries has, in the past, conducted annual surveys to assess its performance in several key areas. Until recently, however, budget cuts have forced the library system to cease collecting this useful feedback. This project created a system with which the libraries of Montgomery County may once again assess their customers' satisfaction. This system includes paper surveys, a structured database of questions, and a data analysis tool.
