Abstract This project is a summary of a gap analysis that was performed on Bank of America -- London's profit and loss reporting process. The timeliness of the reconciliation process for the reporting of profit and loss led to an in-depth study and analysis of various computer systems and manual processes. This project is a summary of the gap analysis and an outline for a reconciliation program that will help the profit and loss reporting teams.
