Abstract This project documents the current conditions of Monwabisi Park, an informal settlement in Cape Town, South Africa. The current conditions of this community, in combination with its members' input and the analysis by this team are contained in this report in an effort to serve as a catalyst for spatial redevelopment. This analysis entails immediate considerations for redevelopment as well long term future planning for this area. These plans seek to create a more sustainable environment while preserving the community aspects on which the Park currently operates.
