Pharmaceutical industry develops, produces, and markets drugs licensed for use as medications. Marketing analysis is an important component in developing pharmaceutical industry. In this project, we apply statistical techniques to analyze the vial splits proportion of drugs by indication based on stratified proportion estimator and compare it to other brands of drugs of the same usage. Also, we analyze treatment persistence for drugs by using Kaplan Meier analysis and other methods. After adjusting confounding covariates, Remicade is more persistent than other brands of drugs. However, Kaplan Meier analysis is not accurate for this project due to lack of information. Further research on treatment persistence is needed.
