Research & Teaching Interests
Professor Gaudette's research is focused on cardiac tissue engineering and cardiovascular biomechanics. In his work, he developed a method for accurately measuring regional function at very high spatial resolution in the heart. In addition, he has developed a novel method to regenerate heart muscle. His research is currently supported by the American Heart Association.
