Research
Her overall research interests are focused on advanced information technologies, such as enterprise systems and electronic health record systems, and their use and effects in organizations. Her research examines how such systems contribute to the structuring of work and the need for exception handling and work arounds as organizations seek to fit packaged systems to the needs of organizational tasks and processes. Her research interests also include MIS quality issues, with primary focus on data and information quality.
