Web Accessibility Policy: How the Web Presents Barriers to Users with Disabilities
There are four major ways in which Web pages may present barriers to users with a variety of disabilities:
- visual - for the legally blind, color blind, or low vision users
- audio - for the deaf or hard of hearing
- physical - for the immobile user
- cognitive - for users who become easily confused or forgetful, or have trouble following directions
