Web Accessibility Policy: How the Web Presents Barriers to Users with Disabilities

There are four major ways in which Web pages may present barriers to users with a variety of disabilities:

visual - for the legally blind, color blind, or low vision users
audio - for the deaf or hard of hearing
physical - for the immobile user
cognitive - for users who become easily confused or forgetful, or have trouble following directions
