Design Guidelines & Requirements: University Pages

Primary Maintainer	Web Development Office (webmaster@wpi.edu) and E-marketing Director
Description	Certain pages within the WPI server have been designated University Pages. Because they contain official university documents or because of their importance in establishing an official, recognizable WPI presence on the Web, these pages are considered official publications of the university.
Subcategories	Pages in this category are divided into two groups. It is left to the maintainer(s) to determine the most appropriate group for an addition to the University pages category. All pages in this category must use the official WPI Style Sheet.
University I
Examples	WPI Homepage, all second-level pages
Requirements	These pages must have the identity bar at the top, the main menu on the left side in putty, and proper use of WPI's official navigational aids.
University II
Examples	WPI Strategic Plan, E-cards
Requirements	These pages must have the official banner at the top and make proper use of WPI's navigational aids. In general, they should have a white or other lightly colored background.
