Sanford Riley Hall

The first residence hall built on campus, Sanford Riley dates back to 1927. It was completely renovated in 1996. Today, the coed hall provides a comfortable atmosphere, blending tradition and modern comforts on four floors. Sanford Riley’s central location on the Quad makes it easy to get to classes, the Rubin Campus Center, the dining hall (Morgan Commons), Alumni Field, or to musical or theatrical productions on campus.

Singles, doubles, triples, and quads are available. If you enjoy being social, you’ll love Sanford Riley – the building’s open layout makes it easy to hang out with larger groups of friends. Students usually choose this building for its rich history and pleasant surroundings.

Sanford Riley is also home to the Little Theatre, WPI’s intimate, primary theatre performance space that opened in 2005.
