Updating Your Campus Phone Extension
- Log into Banner Self-Service
- Select the Personal Info tab

- Choose Update Address(es) and Phone(s)

- Select the School/Campus address. Click the "Current"
hyperlink to edit it (noted by red box).
- If one doesn't exist, select it from "Type of Address to
Insert" dropdown and click Submit (noted by
purple boxes).

- If one doesn't exist, select it from "Type of Address to
Insert" dropdown and click Submit (noted by
purple boxes).
- If you are creating the School/Campus address from scratch, make sure to input all required fields (highlighted in yellow)
- Enter your work phone number in the Primary Phone Number For This Address field (highlighted in red). The extension field (ex: 1234) is what feeds the Automated Attendant.
- Click Submit (noted by
purple box) for your changes to take effect.
