Microsoft® Campus License Agreement - Distribution Methods

There are three distribution methods for Microsoft products:

CD Ordering: The media for newer releases of Microsoft products, including Office 2007 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, and Windows Vista Ultimate, may be ordered from the CCC. After agreeing to the terms of the Microsoft Campus License Agreement, the user will be given the option to access the CD Order Form. Once the order form is completed, the request will be processed by the Helpdesk. The CDs can then be picked up at the WPI Helpdesk, room B12, within Fuller Laboratories. You will be asked to show identification when you pick up the CDs. Current students will be charged from $5.00 to $10.00 per product depending on the item. Prices can be seen here. There is a limit of one purchase per product. These CDs have unique keys which utilize Microsoft's product activation system.

Network Distribution: Many of the products covered under Microsoft's Campus License Agreement are available for distribution via the WPI network. Degree seeking students, faculty and staff are covered under this agreement. You must have a valid WPI account and be on the WPI network in order to access the software. After agreeing to the terms of the Microsoft's Campus License Agreement, choose the Network Download option which will provide links to the network installation sites.
