Individual
Individually-designed minors are possible in all areas of the Humanities and Arts with the approval of Department faculty. Normally a minor requires one unit of study beyond the Humanities and Arts Degree Requirement, including a capstone course or project. Students interested in pursuing a minor should identify a faculty advisor in the Humanities and Arts Department who will recommend courses appropriate for the minor and help define the nature of the capstone study. The submission of the Minor Proposal Form is required and available at the Registrar's Office.
Recent individually-designed minors include History, French Studies, Philosophy, and World History.
