Competitions & Scholarships
One of the most intensive learning experiences for students interested in invention, innovation, or launching a business, is to participate in a competition. WPI offers this rich learning experience through several of its own competitions and through promoting opportunities for its students to compete in open national and international competitions. Before making a decision to compete however, WPI highly encourages its students to understand public disclosure, IP protection, and international patent law basics. Workshops are conducted throughout the year on each of these topics. Links provide detailed information about each competition or take you to other university competition web sites. Please contact the Collaborative for Entrepreneurship & Innovation if you need information that cannot be found on these pages.
