A contact information page must precede the cover page of the business plan. Each team member must meet the eligibility requirements of the competition. Please provide the following information on the Contact Page:

Include the following statement on the Contact Page:
By submitting this business plan, we agree that the ideas, concepts and the entry itself are the original work of the contestants. We also agree that no contestant is under any agreement or restrictions that prohibit or restrict his or her ability to disclose or submit the ideas or concepts to the competition. Further, we agree that the team and every individual member of the team will comply with the rules and guidelines for the competition and we certify that the team is eligible to compete according to the stated guidelines.
Cover Page
Each entry must have a cover page following the Contact Page that includes the name of the business as the title and a maximum 50 word description of the product or service. Do not disclose any proprietary information about your business in the title or brief description of your entry. The CEI@WPI will publish this information on its website and may publish it in articles, press releases, brochures, and other materials related to the ALL-OUT Business Plan Challenge.
