Matthew Carlen is a Principal Partner with 7th Wave Solutions, LLC, a unique collaboration of senior managers from the corporate world at EMC, Nortel Networks, CSC and GTE Government Systems that brings demonstrated skills in organizational and leadership development, business consulting, process management, project methodology and business development.
Matt has driven leadership and career development for some of the world's most successful companies, specializing in strategic leadership programs for those who are, or will be, leaders of high performance teams and team-based solutions. During nearly 20 years working with Fortune 100-500 companies, Matt directed Organizational Development, Leadership and Management Development, and Continuous Process Improvement efforts for EMC, world leader in data storage systems.
Delivering nearly 100 seminars annually, Matt's cumulative presentation approval rating (by participants) is nearly 95 per cent. Matt is certified in Leadership Development by Achieve Global and Franklin-Covey. Matt has served as president of a chapter of Toastmasters International. He holds a Master's degree in Organizational/Career Development.
