Entrepeneur Initiative Series: Wild Ideas!

Thursday September 15, 2005

12 noon - 1 p.m. Campus Center Chairman's Room

Do you have wild new ideas for new products, processes, or services? Do you have plain old good ideas? Are they feasible? Is there a market for the idea? Learn to assess the potential value of turning your ideas into a business or a product that can be licensed. Idea validation is an important first step in making decisions on what to do with your ideas.

About the speaker

Bob Hausslein is President of the Inventors Association of New England, a support group for independent inventors in the Boston area that has been meeting for the past thirty years sharing experiences and drawing on the wisdom of outside speakers. The group also has special meetings devoted to critiquing new ideas under confidentiality, the essence of which will be described at this workshop. Bob has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and has developed products for Amicon, Polaroid, and Hyperion Catalysis.
