Kathryn V. Chelini joined Mirick O'Connell in July 2006 as an Associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Chelini focuses her practice in the areas of patent litigation and patent prosecution matters with an emphasis on technology. She has extensive experience in engineering, software development, and program management in technology industries. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chelini was an Associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., in Boston. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
