Dr. Prescott has held many positions in the technical and customer service field of the polymer, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device fields. His responsibilities have included all aspects of operations including facility construction management, product development, project management, budget management and personnel management. Mr. Prescott has led numerous cross-functional teams in the areas of new drug/device development from projects as simple as generic drug approval, to devices as complicated as bio-artificial pancreases. Mr. Prescott has worked and consulted for some of the preeminent biotech and biomaterials companies including Genzyme, Genetics Institute, BASF, Bioresearch, and W. R. Grace and Company. He was a senior process development engineer at Anika Therapeutics Inc., a manufacturer of HA-based ophthalmic, orthopedic, and surgical scar reduction products. Mr. Prescott has a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Biotechnology and a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Crescent Innovations, Inc. was founded in 2000 and incorporated in Delaware in 2001 to develop products using proprietary polymer technology. These state-of-the-art polymers are used to treat both chronic and acute pain, as well as controlled release/drug delivery products.

William Scaglione is President and CEO of Professional Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a firm that provides implementation, project management, software deployment and network integration services, training and tech support services to Altiris, HP and Dell clients in various industries throughout the US and Canada. Incorporated in May 2003 with five employees, PES, Inc. has grown to 14 professionals with several staff additions pending. The client base has included some of the most respected firms and organizations in America; Wal-Mart, Wendy's, DHL, GMAC/EDS and the U.S. Army. Mr. Scaglione has worked for over 30 years in the financial, administrative, and marketing organizations of large corporations, private enterprises, and emerging businesses. He has extensive experience in business simulation modeling, forecasting, profit improvement, business formation, and internal controls and created Profitbuilder, a business intelligence and reporting solution designed for small and mid-sized enterprises. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Northeastern University and earned his MBA at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Mr Scaglione is a member of the WPI Venture Forum. Cory Wallenstein is co-founder of ServPrise International, Inc, and developer of a patent-pending technology for enabling computer administrators to restart crashed computers remotely without "pulling the plug." He and fellow WPI graduate Kevin Menard founded Servprise International, Inc. in 2004 to develop and market the technology. Cory earned a BS in ECE with a minor in CS from WPI in 2005, and has entrepreneurial experience dating back to 1998 when he founded a small web design and hosting firm as a sophomore in high school.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Ricker has been involved in Product development, Strategic Planning, and Market Evaluations in growing businesses. He founded and operated a business consulting service for over 6 years. He also served as Senior Registered Options Principal in the Investment Banking industry for five years, which provided insight into the significant long-term opportunities provided by wind energy.

Mr. Ricker has been active in the wind energy research community since 1991. His involvement includes lobbying for the federal renewable energy tax credit in Washington, DC that was passed in 1998. He holds a BS in Business and AD in Accounting from Bentley College.
