Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2004. In 2001, Tom joined forces with a group of other WPI students to form Dynamic Network Services, Inc. (DynDNS). The Company, at the time, was solely focused on providing Dynamic DNS services to individual users for little or no charge. Through graduation, Tom worked with the team to grow DynDNS to offer a number of paid services, including Custom DNS, Domain Registration, and E-mail handling services. Since graduation, Tom continues to work with DynDNS as the Company's President, overseeing the technical operations of the Company, in order to grow DynDNS' product portfolio and operational reputation for providing reliable and secure domain name services. DynDNS has grown to 18 employees with over 2 million registered users. As a profitable, non-funded, private Corporation, DynDNS offers its customers a best of class service, and its employees a stable, friendly, and creative place to work. The Company's current growth plans include the development and launch of an Enterprise DNS management tool, allowing businesses and corporations to offload their DNS operations, thereby allowing companies to operate with a more reliable, resilient, and secure DNS.

Fritz Knabe took an untraditional route to his current role at Endeca, a 350-person company in Cambridge that has become a leader in enterprise information access. After receiving his A.B. in computer science from Princeton, he received a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon, performing the last three years of his graduate work at the European Computer-Industry Research Centre in Munich in the area of mobile agent technologies and advanced programming languages. While in Germany, Knabe studied Spanish in preparation for a move to Latin America, and in 1995 he joined the faculty of the Catholic University of Chile in Santiago. Subsequently he returned to the U.S., still on an academic track, as a researcher on grid computing and wide-area distributed systems at the University of Virginia. Knabe co-founded Applied Metacomputing (later Avaki, and since acquired by Sybase) to commercialize this work, and then joined the founding team of Endeca in 1999. His work there has focused on the creation of Endeca's Guided Navigation technology, which transforms the user experience of understanding and analyzing complex, multidimensional data collections. He has led Endeca’s core engineering team and its research team, and currently is responsible for excellence in technical practice in its professional services organization.

Darius received a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1986. In 1991 he co-founded his first company, Tracer Research, which built automation and tracking software for shippers using UPS, FedEx, DHL and the US Post Office. Within six years the company grew to a dominant 60% market share, unseating the previous top vendor, Pitney Bowes. In 1998 Tracer Research was acquired by Kewill Electronic Commerce and Darius was named the company's CTO. In 1999, he was promoted to CIO of Kewill's parent company, Kewill Systems plc. In 2002, Darius founded his second start-up company, Oz Development. Oz patented and built the world's first internet-delivered on-demand software development platform. Over 1,200 businesses worldwide already use the Oz platform every day, and the company has yet to officially launch a sales and marketing campaign. 2007 is expected to be the break-out year, stay tuned...

Dmitriy Peregudov has extensive experience in eCommerce & Internet Marketing. Since 2002 he has started two online businesses in online retail and a related service: International Flower & Gift delivery network with over 500 delivery agents; and an online-antifraud verification service. As he progressed in his startup career, he shared his experience with the community by founding Web Certificate Program in Portland Adult Education (Maine) and serving as an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) lecturer on a number of topics related to software engineering and eCommerce startups.
In addition to his startup career, Dmitriy worked as Software Engineer for numerous high-tech companies including Fairchild Semiconductor and Analog Devices. Dmitriy and his business partner Brian Goss are now running the international startup: OnsiteVideos.com that has a vision to humanize the Web. Many clients already use the unique Onsite PeopleTM technology to increase sales and improve training.
Dmitriy holds an M.S. in Engineering from Moscow State University of Communications (Russia) and is a Babson College M.B.A. graduate (2007)
