Workshops

Workshops encourage innovation and entrepreneurship at WPI and serve to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit; create a powerful network of student, alumni, and faculty entrepreneurs and innovators; and spark future innovations that will improve the environment, economy, and society.

Workshops provide discussion on how ideas, inventions, intellectual property protection, and innovation merge to create opportunities for enterprise creation - also known as "entrepreneurship". Entrepreneurs that are forging today's technology economy will provide the tools, inspiration, and confidence you need to take your technology ideas to the next level. These workshops will enhance your understanding of how to turn technology ideas into entrepreneurial opportunities - from the laboratory to idea validation and protection and finally to the marketplace.

Workshops are free and open to all in the WPI community. Many departments provide workshops including the Collaborative for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (CEI), the Technology Transfer Office, and the Gordon Library.
