Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) - About

The 2009 REU in Industrial Mathematics and Statistics Program will be held Wednesday, May 27th - Friday, July 24th, 2009

The students are expected to arrive at WPI on Tuesday, May 26th and leave on Saturday, July 25th.

The application deadline is Friday, February 27th, 2009.

To apply to the program students need to:

Fill out the on-line application form.
E-mail to rpodell@wpi.edu a one-page essay describing your interest in participating in the WPI Program,
Arrange to have two or three faculty complete the recommendation form, available in HTML or PDF versions.

Applicants must be undergraduates (usually students about to enter their senior or junior year) who will not graduate before December 2009. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptional applicants who do not satisfy these requirements will also be considered, provided the availability of additional funding from our industrial partners.
