Professional M.S. Degree Programs
The Professional Master in Science Degree is a graduate degree in science or mathematics for students interested in a wider variety of career options than those provided by current graduate programs. With support from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, WPI offers two Professional M.S. degree programs:
Open to bachelor's degree holders in the sciences, mathematics, or engineering, the new self-contained Professional M.S. degree programs prepare students for work in fields such as finance, consulting, banking, insurance, engineering research, bioengineering, electronic and computer industry, aerospace engineering etc. These programs consist of both theoretical and practical training, including industrial projects, internships opportunities and "cross-training" in business and communications.
