Students must obtain permission from their parents to participate in the Water Rocket Competition. Students must print the attached permission form and take it home to their parents for signature. Signed forms are to be returned to the Team Leader. The Team Leader must forward the signed forms to the WPI Physics Department, to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.
