The Economics, Policy, and Law (EPL) Research Group is an interdisciplinary group of academics and professionals who collaborate on an eclectic set of topics which reflect their scholarly interests.
Members have undertaken research on the dynamic analysis of mitigation banking, economic, institutional, and legal ramifications of peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, dynamic analysis of unsolicited commercial email (UCE, also known as SPAM), dynamic macroeconomic models, and cross-subsidies in telecommunications, to name just a few. The group contributes to the educational process at WPI by providing research opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students.
