Requirements for Individually Sponsored Residential Projects (ISRPs)
- Memo from the Provost
- ISRP Form to be completed by the advisor (PDF - now able to be filled out on line and printed)
- Health and Safety Documentation to be completed by the students
- Housing Checklist - (PDF - now able to be filled out on line: please save the completed form as a PDF with a different name and then it can be emailed to the appropriate person in the IGSD and or printed) this is a tool for use by advisors when investigating housing options for students on an ISRP

* Final approval is always contingent upon submission of completed required forms by the student participants. Registration forms may not be signed until each student turns in their completed paperwork.
