Symposia & Seminars
Welcome to the WPI Bioengineering Institute Symposium Series. The goals of the Bioengineering Institute are to initiate and support WPI's basic and applied research in the life sciences and medical technologies, and to help commercialize these technologies. In order to achieve these goals it is necessary to reach out to prominent academic and corporate researchers at other prestigious institutions and in so doing create new collaborative partnerships that can address the major healthcare challenges that we face. One of the best ways to build these research partnerships is through research symposia and conferences and for this reason, the Bioengineering Institute has initiated a new symposium series. The series will address diverse topics, including but not limited to biomanufacturing, regenerative medicine, tissue regeneration, sensors and water quality. In these symposia, we will showcase the research of recognized leaders in these fields. Speakers will be drawn from WPI and the region, as well as from institutions both nationwide and international. We hope that you will be able to join us here at WPI to participate in this exciting series of events. For information on individual symposia and to register, please click on the symposium link for the individual event or contact us at bei@wpi.edu.
