John Jorstad Awarded Nyselius Award by NADCA
Ormet Corp. announced that John L. Jorstad, FASM, was given the Nyselius Award by the North American Die Casting Association. The award is given every two years to an individual or corporation in recognition of exceptional technical contributions to the die casting industry. Jorstad, a leading proponent of semi-solid metal casting of aluminum parts, has more than 40 years of experience in the metals engineering field and has received many technical awards and authored more than 40 technical articles on aluminum.
