Housing and Dining
Welcome!
We are pleased to serve those who will be residing in our campus residence halls this summer!
Summer Housing
Summer housing is available on a limited basis for students taking classes full or part-time and students working on-campus. All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and dresser per student. There are no cooking facilities available, therefore, there is a required meal plan for all students in summer housing.

Priorities
Because housing will be limited, we have established the following priorities for housing requests.
- First priority will be for students taking class full-time.
- Second priority will be for part-time students.
- The next priority will be for students working on campus or unable to go home due to distance from Massachusetts.
- If space is available students working in the Worcester area will then be considered.
Application
- Please complete and return the Summer Housing Application (PDF) to Residential Services before April 16, 2012
- You will be notified of your housing assignment and receive move-in information through your WPI email address.
Please Note: It is important to know that once you have signed the summer housing contract, it is binding agreement. Your student account will be billed on Friday, May 4, 2012. If you choose to cancel your accommodations on campus after your room assignment has been finalized and your account has been billed, you may be subject a $100 housing contract release fee.
