Payment Information

To pay by credit card (additional convenience fee will be charged), go to bannerweb.wpi.edu (student ID required). Payments in full for academic courses received prior to April 15, 2009, may have the convenience fee refunded. Proof of paid registration and amount of convenience fee must be mailed to the Summer Programs office. To pay by check, mail it with this form to the Office of the Registrar. Registration is open February 15, 2009. Payment is due with registration. After May 10, a $50 summer registration fee applies. Late registrations are subject to late fees as stated below. Current WPI students may register online via the WPI Web Information System.

Course Changes

E1- Add/Drop closes May 14 (May 15-22 add/drop with $150 late fee)
E2- Add/Drop closes May 29 (May 30-June 8 add/drop with $150 late fee)
E3- Add/Drop closes July 16 (July 17-24 add/drop with $150 late fee)

Project/Independent study registration prior to May 11, 2009, will avoid a $50 nonrefundable summer registration fee. From May 11 to 27, 2009, project/independent study will be accepted with the $50 summer registration fee. From May 27 to July 20, 2009, registration will be a $150 late fee plus $50 summer registration fee.
