Awards Nomination Forms

• Shining Star Award (To First Year Student) - This award is presented to a first year student that has shown leadership by becoming involved on campus throughout A and B terms, while also being able to excel academically.

• Best Program Collaboration with CA/RA - This award will be presented to a CA/RA who plan and execute an original program idea, and have fulfilled goals and outcomes of the program while focusing on building community. Submissions will need to include comments and/or evaluations from their Insight group.

• Best Team (FA/CA/RA) - This award will be presented to the team that works the best together. Teams will be nominated by the first year students.
