Need-based AID

If you are receiving need-based financial aid or private student or parent loans, you should stay in contact with the Office of Financial Aid to assure all documentation is complete and requirements are met. Meeting financial aid deadlines is essential so that the distribution of funds is not delayed.

Federal Direct Stafford Loan, Federal Perkins Loan and WPI Loan borrowers

The WPI Office of Financial Aid and ESCI (a third party servicer) will contact you over the summer months to give you instructions on how to complete the required Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling.

You will receive information at your WPI email address in early July with details regarding the WPI e-Bill system. WPI does not mail paper bills. Tuition accounts are managed online, including access to detailed tuition statements. You can provide your parents/guardians access to the account after your initial login. Tuition bills are due August 1.

Find details on tuition payment options through the e-Bill system. WPI works in conjunction with Tuition Management Systems to provide monthly payment option plans for families.

A TD Bank ATM, for withdrawals only, is located in the Campus Center. In addition, there are several banks within walking distance of campus, and many will have representatives on campus during the first day of New Student Orientation to assist incoming students.
