Create a Customized Off-Campus Project
Students and faculty members have the freedom to expand their project opportunities with individually sponsored residential projects (ISRP). Through the ISRP program—and with the support of a faculty advisor—students may design custom off-campus projects in addition to the established options available at WPI Project Centers.
ISRPs must adhere to common, carefully structured risk-management protocols such as those developed and implemented at our Project Centers. The WPI provost’s office has developed a risk-management protocol to be completed by faculty members planning to advise students pursuing off-campus ISRPs for academic credit. Learn more...
