Information & Forms for Off-Campus Projects

For students who are currently on a project or are preparing to leave for a project. 

Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation, Paperwork, On-site Arrival & Departure Schedule

Details on pre-departure orientation, site-specific orientation, and orientation on sexual assault awareness and prevention—plus online orientation on safety and security for students venturing abroad or to Puerto Rico will be available on the Global Portal.


Some scholarship assistance is available to students who are US citizens and Pell Grant recipients. Students may apply to the Benjamin Gilman International Scholarship Program.

Additional funding may be available through the Fund for Education Abroad and Study Abroad Funding.

Mango Languages 

WPI has teamed up with Mango Languages, which offers over 45 foreign languages. It includes a variety of resources to help students gain practical conversation skills and cultural insight for the world's most popular languages.
