WPI Student, Chris Hanna, Wins Game Design Award at The Boston FIG
Chris Hanna, a computer science Major at WPI, won the Game Design award at The Boston FIG for his game Track. Track is currently a multiplayer 2D shooter where players are bound to the Track and must fight to the end in order to achieve victory. Check out the trailer for this award winning game.
The Boston FIG (Festival of Indie Games) is a debut celebration of independent game development in the New England region. Judges pick only a certain amount of games to showcase and players vote for games based on the categories. Chris won one of the five awards that were given out. The other awards included Game Audio, Game Visual, Technical Quality, and Narrative. Along with being a computer science major, Chris is interested in taking IMGD classes.
