Discover the amazing things that can happen when music, computers, and your creativity get together.
Combine Your Love of Music and Computers
Using popular music, students will learn about chords, chord patterns, and the way that popular musicians use chords to write music. Under the guidance of Professor V.J. Manzo, students will also learn to compose, perform and record their music using interactive music software instead of traditional instruments. Friends and family are invited to attend a special performance of the digital compositions on the last day of the program.
Professor Manzo is a composer and classical guitarist as well as an advocate for technology in the classroom. Students with a music background as well as non-traditional music students are welcome!
