Here’s What You’ll Need

Begin by checking the individual program pages for specific instructions, as some activities involve completing an application and submitting an essay, while others simply require a registration form.

Here’s what else you’ll need to provide:

• Tuition payment. Due within 10 business days of registration or acceptance to a program and can be made online.
• Waiver form for attendance. To be completed by parent/legal guardian. Available online (see below).
• Documentation of physical exam. Must be from within last two years and include participant’s immunization record.
• Photo of participant. Should be a digital head and shoulders image for the WPI student ID card. (Not required for sports camps.)
