When you need help getting started with your research, finding a resource, or accessing information, Research and Instruction Librarians are here to help. You can reach us whenever and however it is convenient for you.

• During library hours use the online chat widget to the right and receive an instant answer.
• Email us at library-answers@wpi.edu or fill out the Ask a Question form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can (generally within one business day). 
• Call us at +1-508-831-6700 to speak during library hours or leave us a message at any time.
• Visit the Information Desk during library hours and ask us in person.
• Request an appointment with a Research and Instruction Librarian for in-depth help by using our Research Consultation Request form. Consultations can take place in person, by phone, or web conference.
• Report a broken link, ask a question, share a concern about the library website, contact lib-webmaster@wpi.edu.
