How to Request Project Reports

How to Request IQP and MQP Reports

Copies of completed WPI undergraduate Interactive and Major Qualifying Project reports completed since 1999 are housed in the Gordon Library or are accessible online within the Library Catalog. Some online IQPs/MQPs are restricted for use only by WPI network users.

Requesting Print Projects

To see a copy of a print project report, please submit a project report request form.

  • Within the Library Catalog: if you see PROJECT REPORTS -- IN LIBRARY USE ONLY, this is a print project. Click the project title to open the record for the item. On the right under Actions, choose Make a Request.
    • Click WPI ... Only button and enter your WPI username and password
    • Enter all requested information and Submit
    • You will receive an email when the project report is ready for in-library use

Before you submit the request forms, please make note of the library Call Number for all print projects that you request. You will need these numbers when you visit the Information Desk to view the projects.

Requested reports are placed on reserve for two weeks at the Information Desk, where they are shelved by their library reference numbers (e.g., 02D214M).

After two weeks, reports are removed from the reserve shelves. Please notify the library staff if you wish to keep reports on reserve longer than two weeks. Print project reports are to be used in the library only.
