Reasons for choosing Army ROTC Baystate Battalion:
I was a student at WPI with interest in joining the military, I contacted cadre from the battalion and was given a great deal of help figuring out how I would be able to join the battalion.
Present job title and employer:
I am working as an intern for Invensys on a project with China Nuclear on systems for nuclear reactors. A great deal of my studies in mechanical engineering apply to how nuclear reactor turbines function.
Describe how Army ROTC prepared you for facing real-world challenges in the workplace or graduate school.
ROTC has given me the capacity to take a number of challenges and prioritize how they should be solved. This is very beneficial at work as my job has a very quick pace.
