Directions and information for presenters

2012 NanoWorcester Symposium

Saturday, March 17, 2012

Venue:

The Symposium will be held in two adjacent buildings at WPI, the Campus Center and Olin Hall.  Here are:  a map to WPI and a map of campus.  You will find in the third floor lobby of the Campus Center the registration desk, coat racks, and the food.  The posters will be in the Odeum, also on the third floor of the Campus Center.  The talks will take place in Olin Hall 107, the lecture hall close to the main entrance of the Campus Center.

Snow emergency:

If the weather looks bad, check this web page before heading to the conference.  We will announce a snow delay here.

Information for poster presenters:

The corkboards for posters will be on easels such that you can orient them as you please.  They are 3' x 4'.  After you pick up your name badge and program booklet at the registration desk, check the program booklet for the number of your poster.  (Electronic versions of the abstract booklet and its cover will appear here a few days before the conference.)  The abstracts will be ordered by the level of the poster (bachelors, masters, phd, professional) and then alphabetically by the last name of the registrant.  Mount your poster to the corkboard that displays your number.   Please do so before the morning talks begin at 9:00 a.m.  Keep them up until 4:00 p.m.
