- Lab Manager
I earned my BA in physics from Grinnell College in 1972 and my MSc in quantum chemistry from George Washington University in 1984. I worked as a research associate at George Washington University from 1980 to 1990, with an emphasis on auger spectroscopy, experiment, and theory. I spent nine years in Europe following my wife, assisting as the local native English speaker and correcting journal papers and theses. I have played with some molecular dynamics, in particular, for Ni-Ti shape memory alloys. My hobbies include squash, bridge, cooking, gardening, investing, skiing, current cycling, and windsurfing.

- Administrative Assistant
I like the many challenges that can come along with working in a busy department. I enjoy the people that I work with as well as the students. I am responsible for all of the financial activity in the Physics department and have recently finished my WPI certificate in leadership and management. Along with loving to spend time with my husband, children, and awesome grandchildren, I enjoy reading, bowling, and jogging.

- Administrative Assistant
I work with Jackie Malone and couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Along with my administrative duties, I am in charge of the Sigma Xi chapter and all that it entails. I thoroughly enjoy working here. In my spare time, I am finishing my bachelor’s degree online. I love sewing, reading, and spending time with my husband and sons.
