Deborah J. Graves
- Operations Manager, Academic Affairs
Deb joined the Office of the Provost in 1996 after working for many years in the corporate world. In her role as Operations Manager, her primary role is to support the Academic Affairs Division in all operations and assist the Provost with development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Terri Anne Camesano
- Dean of Graduate Studies
Terri A. Camesano is the Dean of Graduate Studies at WPI. She oversees Master's and PhD programs, as well as certificates, in over 20 program areas in science, engineering, and business. She is also Professor of Chemical Engineering and director of an interdisciplinary training program IGERT: Training Innovative Leaders in Biofabrication. As Dean, she is the primary advocate for graduate students and programs at WPI.
- Dean of Undergraduate Studies
Arthur Heinricher is the Dean of Undergraduate Studies and a Professor of Mathematical Sciences. As dean, he is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all aspects of the undergraduate experience at WPI, providing leadership and working with the faculty to implement new undergraduate curricular and structural changes.

Kristin K. Wobbe
- Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies
Kris works with Dean Heinricher but is particuarly charged with providing special attention to first year students and their transition to college, our award winning first year seminar program and oversight of the Academic Advising office.
- Vice Provost for Research, ad interim
The Vice Provost for Research is responsible for the overall operations and non-financial services that support the research enterprise at WPI, including the Office of Sponsored Programs, Office of Technology Transfer, and the Life Sciences and Bioengineering Center. The VPR provides the vision and leadership to enhance faculty research efforts and increase WPI's externally sponsored funding.
- Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Academic Affairs manages multiple ongoing and periodic administrative initiatives in support of the functions of the Office of the Provost. The AVP supports the Provost in the preparation, development and implementation of administrative policies and processes of the division, the evaluation of academic programs and their outcomes, and the management of fiscal and human resources within the division of Academic Affairs.

Carla provides information technology support and solutions to the divisions of Academic Affairs by assisting in the design, development, testing and integration of IT tools, applications and products.

Charles J. Kornik
- Senior Administrator of Academic Programs
Chuck oversees the development of the undergraduate and graduate course schedules, and monitors the efficiency of classroom assignments. He is a co-administrator of the events-scheduling software, 25Live, used to manage event and academic space at WPI, focusing on calendar publication. Chuck is also the managing editor of WPI's online undergraduate and graduate catalogs.

Sara L. Ringer
- Operations Manager, Undergraduate Studies
As Operations Manager for the Office of Undergraduate Studies, Sara provides administrative support for the summer academic programs and the student course evaluation process, as well as provides administrative support to the Dean, the Associate Dean and the Director of the Morgan Center for Teaching and Learning.
Susan M. Oppong
- Operations Coordinator
Susan joined the Provost office in October 2008. She provides direct academic support to the Academic Affairs Operations Manager. In her role, she supports a variety of duties such as preparing faculty appointment letters and payroll paperwork (EPAF), Banner entry for all academic appointments, TA/RA tracking, survey submissions, streamline processes, oversees and creates tutorials for all office procedures, Banner programs and forms. She maintains various tracking systems and works on special projects as needed.
- Sr. Administrative Assistant VI
Camille provides administrative support, processes accounting documentation, travel coordination and calendar scheduling for the Vice Provost for Research (VPR) and the Dean of Graduate Studies (DGS). She is also responsible for the processing of the Non-Faculty Research Appointments, International Visiting Scholars and Non-degree Students documentation.
- Administrative Assistant V
Serves as the initial point of contact for all visitors to the Provost’s Office. Manages Provost’s Office electronic mailbox. Processes accounting documents such as check requests, Purchasing Card transaction logs, and expense reports. Additionally, assists staff members with special projects as assigned and maintains the office’s supplies and equipment to keep the office functioning smoothly.

- Academic Events Coordinator
Theona's main role is the planning, coordination and implementation of numerous Academic Affairs events and special programs. She is also responsible for website management for the Provost Office, Undergraduate Studies, & the First Year Experience.
