Why did you choose WPI for your PhD?
I came to WPI because I was excited about the tissue engineering research done in the BME department. I also came here for the collaborative research environment.
What area(s) of research are you currently exploring?
I am now in Dr. Marsha Rolle's lab, working on vascular tissue engineering. For my research with Marsha, I am working on optimizing culture conditions to produce the desired strength, structure, and function in engineered blood vessels.
