Looking for something new and exciting to do over summer break? Would you love to spend your summer splicing DNA or designing a robot? Well, WPI just may have the perfect solution for you: The Frontiers and Launch Programs at WPI!

Frontiers

Frontiers is a summer residential program for soon-to-be juniors and seniors interested in science, mathematics, engineering, and robotics.

July 8-20, 2012 (session I): Enroll in a science, technology, engineering, or math program and a humanities and arts workshop
July 22–31, 2012 (session II): Immerse yourself fully in either robotics or global sustainability 

Launch

Launch is a week long non-residential, academic program for rising freshman and sophomores in high school interested in furthering their knowledge in biology, chemistry/biochemistry, computer science, interactive media & game development, and robotics.

Camp Reach

A recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in STEM Mentoring, Camp Reach is a residential program is for Massachusetts girls entering grade 7 who want to learn about careers in engineering and technology. The program includes workshops, a design project for a community organization, field trips, activities, plus follow-up programs during the academic year.
