Housing opportunities for Alumni & Reunion Weekend are available on and off campus. If you choose to stay on campus, you will have the opportunity to stay in East Hall (WPI's "green" residence hall that opened in fall 2008). East Hall is an apartment style building, with lounges on each floor, including a fitness center, music room, and work spaces. The apartments consist of double and single bedrooms, common living room, kitchenette and a shared bathroom. The cost for single room is $70/night (with one single bed) and double room is $75/night (with two single beds). Registration will be live mid-March, 2012.
Accommodations in the residence halls are comfortable, convenient to campus and give you the feeling of being back in your WPI days. Each room includes one or two single beds, each with one pillow, one blanket, sheets and towels. To enhance your comfort, consider bringing an extra blanket, pillow, towels, and a flashlight or bedside lamp. Bathrooms are shared within the suite. Reservations will be accommodated in the order received; please make your reservations promptly!
If you would prefer to stay off campus, we have reserved a block of rooms at three local hotels. See below for details on the special WPI rate for May 31 - June 3, 2012. A shuttle service will run throughout campus; we will not be providing an off-campus shuttle to the hotels. Please note: some of the recommended hotels have their own shuttle transportation.
