Food Allergy and Other Dietary Concerns
Chartwells is happy to accommodate those students with food allergies and other dietary concerns. A dedicated area at Pulse on Dining Marketplace called SPACE (Special Product Allergen Controlled Eating) provides a variety of non-allergenic foods in addition to a toaster and microwave oven used solely for gluten free foods to minimize cross-contamination. The Bready Machine is used daily to bake delicious gluten free breads.
Students wishing to utilize this area are asked to contact the allergy trained managers at +1-508-831-5253 to arrange an individual meeting with one of Chartwells’ staff managers, executive chef and registered dietitian to arrange accommodations suiting their specific dietary needs. Should you have any questions, please contact our registered dietitian Shavaun Cloran at firstname.lastname@example.org.
