Safety & Security
While WPI works diligently to maintain a safe campus environment, anyone can be a victim of crime. But there are measures you can take to make yourself less vulnerable. By learning ways to keep yourself and your friends safe while on and off campus, you significantly reduce your chances of becoming a victim of crime.
WPI has many services in place to help insure the safety of our campus and our community members:
The WPI Police Department is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to coordinating safety and security on campus, Campus Police also supervises the SNAP escort program and the EMS program. View the Campus Police website for more information.
