Department of Physics Faculty Position
Position Description: Applications are invited for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in experimental biophysics. Candidates with an interest in optical imaging and spectroscopic microscopy as applied but not limited to single-molecule biophysics, cellular biophysics, and/or biomaterials are particularly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a vigorous, externally-funded research program as well as take part in the mentoring and teaching of graduate and undergraduate students in WPI's distinctive curriculum. Preference will be given to applicants who can interact among one or more areas of Soft-Condensed Matter.
