45th Worcester Regional Science & Engineering Fair at WPI, Friday, March 10

Worcester, Mass. -- The 45th annual Worcester Regional Science and Engineering Fair will be held Friday, March 10, at WPI's Alden Memorial Hall. More than 150 student projects from 21 area high schools will compete. The projects include all phases of physical and biological science, computer science, and social science. Judging will be done by scientists and engineers from area businesses, corporations, and colleges.
Judging takes place in the morning. The fair is open to the public from 1:30 to 5 p.m. An awards ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. at the WPI Fuller Labs' Perreault Hall.
Winners of the regional competitions will go on to the state competition at MIT on May 5 and 6.
